A reception in the Engineering Plaza is scheduled for Sunday evening, August 18, 1996, 7:00-9:00pm. Appetizers and soft-drinks are planned together with a no-host bar service.
A buffet dinner for all attendees, families and friends is being planned for Monday evening in Aldrich Park. The estimated cost is $25.00 for registered attendees and guests, $15.00 for registered companions, and $5.00 for children under 11.
One Conference luncheon is to be provided as part of the conference fee. Additional tickets are $15.00. Currently, three luncheons are planned:
A bar-be-que buffet lunch for all attendees, families, and friends is being planned for Wednesday at noon in Aldrich Park. The estimated cost is $15 for registered attendees and guest, registered companion and children prices will also be available.
Representatives of volleyball teams (4-6 players), or individuals wishing to join teams, are asked to contact Sundar Krishnamurty (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Bob Williams (614-593-1096, email@example.com) to register for the 1996 Volleyball Tournament. The "fabulous trophy" now residing at the University of Minnesota will be transfered to the home of the winning team. The competition is tentatively scheduled for Sunday afternoon and Monday evening in Aldrich Park. Practices times can be scheduled as needed.
